Why Should You Donate To Our Channel?

It’s a great question really, with a very simple answer…

Keeping up with creating, editing and uploading all of the content we do takes a lot of time and money!

The next time you watch, even the most basic travel shows on TV, watch the end credits for how many people they have to take care of all of the filming, editing, production, etc.

It’s a lot!

We will admit that shooting the videos, is our favorite part and that certainly is a lot of fun, but once the cameras are turned off and the fun is over, the real work begins!

We spend hours compiling clips and sorting through footage.

Then we drop everything on a video timeline and go through it a clip at a time doing a rough cut. While doing the rough cut we start to think about what music might work with the footage we’ve shot.

We then go through a lot of music trying our best to find the songs that help move the story along and add some added pizazz (is that a word!?).

They we lay the music down on the timeline and start another edit to blend the clips and music.

Once that’s done, we go through it one more time to see if something stays or goes.

If we’re happy with that we start going back through all the footage again and color grade the entire sequence and add any little tricks that might make it that much better.

Hopefully after all of that Lorena approves it because if she doesn’t we go back to the drawing board and do our final tweaks.

Then and only then do we “render out” the video, which finalizes it to be uploaded. Once it renders, we upload the video, if we have sufficient wi-fi and then we do our final touch which is add a title, description, tags and thumbnail.

Then we send it out for the world to see and put it out on social media, such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Other than that there’s nothing to it! Lol!

The entire process, not including shooting the video, takes anywhere from 5-8 hours per 10 minutes of video.

Yep, it’s a lot!

Anything you donate is much appreciated and it will allow us to continue to focus on bringing the best content we can.
